Cannabis Smoothie

For a delicious cannabis smoothie for 2 people, you need the following. You can of course vary with the dosages, depending on your taste. The recipe below is sufficient for two full glasses.

This is how you make your cannabis smoothie


  • A handful of cannabis cuttings, you can use both the tops and the leaves. Preferably not the stems of the plant.
  • A piece of cucumber (may be peeled, not required)
  • A hand full of spinach (wash first!)
  • A handful of berries (preferably blueberries)
  • 500 ml apple juice, preferably freshly squeezed
  • A pinch of coconut oil
  • Little turmeric
  • Ice cubes


Making the smoothie is very easy. Fill the blender with all the ingredients and mix it at full speed until it is nicely green and liquid. It must be nice and smooth and drinkable. If it is too thick to drink, you can add a little water. In addition to the weed, there are more ingredients in this recipe that contain antioxidants. So it reinforces each other. The apple juice and berries provide an extra freshness, among all that healthy green! This smoothie is good for your stomach and intestines and it fills very well so that you only get hungry again long afterward. This smoothy will give you a lot of energy. Enjoy!
