You can expect to receive your order within 31 business days from the shipment date. We would appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to arrive.

We offer tracked shipments. This option is available at our checkout for an additional fee. Please allow 31 business days for delivery. If you haven’t received your purchase after 31 days, please get in touch with us again. Please note that our Track and Trace service currently does not fully cover Canada and is unavailable for New Zealand and Tasmania. In Canada, the tracking only works up to the point that the package arrives at customs.

We can only change it if your order has not yet been processed. If it has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for reshipping.

Yes, we do; we ship all our packages discreetly without extra charge. Nothing about our company or the contents of the package will be visible on the package.

We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide to our customers. Our Track and Trace option is available for USD 14,50.

We guarantee the arrival customers who have chosen Track & Trace during the order Checkout. However, we urge you to double-check the shipping address before placing your order. For those customers who have chosen Free Shipping, please be aware that this comes with no guaranteed delivery. Given that AMS is unable to track such orders, there’s a potential risk of interception. By selecting this option, customers are acknowledging the associated risks and understand they forfeit any right to a refund or reshipment.

Orders are normally shipped out within one business day after an order is successfully processed. Shipping times vary according to location. Orders shipped within Europe normally arrive within 21 business days. Orders outside of Europe typically arrive within 31 business days. We would appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to arrive.

Please send us a message, including a confirmation of your shipping address, so we can check to see if it was shipped to the correct address. To be eligible for a reshipment, customers are required to fulfill the following conditions: The customer must have opted for Track & Trace during the order placement process. In case of shipment interception, the customer will be notified by the customs authorities of the destination country. Upon receipt of this notification, the customer is required to acknowledge and provide us with a visual proof, such as an image of the interception notification. Once the interception is confirmed, the customer has the option to request either a refund or a reshipment. If the reshipment option is selected, it should be noted that, once initiated, the customer forfeits the right to request either a refund or an additional reshipment, should the second shipment not be successfully delivered.

We do our best to pack the seeds to arrive perfectly intact. Unfortunately, once an order ships, we cannot control how the package gets treated. If your seeds are crushed, please send us a photo of the damaged seeds, and we will send you replacements.

Payments within Europe take up to 48 hours to be processed. Outside of Europe, it usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Please make sure to pay all transaction fees and that we receive the full amount of your order. Otherwise, we cannot ship out your order.

Bank transfers, on average, are received within five business days but can also take up to 10 business days. If you have not added the order number, we might need to connect the transfer to the order and approve it. We monitor this daily as soon as payment is received, we will update your order, and you will receive a status update via email.

We accept prepaid credit cards if the card is open for international transactions. You can check to see if the card is available for international transactions by calling the credit card company; usually, the helpline number is on the back of the card. Some prepaid credit cards will have it written for U.S. use only. These cards are not open for international transactions, so we cannot charge them.

We accept all currencies. However, please do not send us coins; someone might detect your money and take it for themselves.

Cash sent via post can take up to several weeks. We monitor this daily as soon as payment is received, we will update your order, and you will receive a status update via email. The status of your order will be updated from pending to processing; you will receive an email update as soon as this is done.

Can I send my seeds back for an exchange or refund?

Due to quality control, we cannot accept returned seeds for a refund or an exchange. Seeds need to be stored appropriately to stay viable.

Our company policy states that customers have up to 60 days from the date of shipment to claim their package as lost to receive a replacement or refund regarding their order.

Our company policy states that customers have up to 90 days from the date of shipment to notify us about a growing problem to receive a reshipment of seeds.
