This was my first time ordering through AMS. The first shipment was lost in transit apparently after it arrived in the U.S., I was thinking at that point I was out of luck since it had been over a month. The AMS customer service emailed me asking if I had received my order, when I said no, they promptly mailed a replacement to me.... no hesitation what so ever. This one I received in just under two weeks. Excellent customer service! I am also happy to report I have had 100% germination of my Mangolicious feminized seeds. I used the Rapid Rooter method for germinating and had all seeds pop up in three days. Very pleased with AMS and will definitely order from them again. Cheers! Suggestions: The only negative I can think of is there were two hairs in my seed ziplock. Not a big deal ... I laughed actually and it will not deter me from buying from you guys again.
