Do you have tracking on your shipments?


We offer tracked shipments. This option is available at our checkout for an additional fee. Please allow 31 business days for delivery. If you haven't received your purchase after 31 days, please get in touch with us again. Please note that our Track and Trace service currently does not fully cover Canada and is unavailable for New Zealand and Tasmania. In Canada, the tracking only works up to the point that the package arrives at customs.
