How reviews are checked
Both Kiyoh and eKomi invite customers to leave a review after an order. Kiyoh states that it checks reviews for authenticity. The Kiyoh score covers all our reviews to date; the eKomi score covers the last 12 months.

Shipping
Every parcel ships with Track & Trace. Orders with shipping insurance qualify for a reshipment or refund if the parcel does not arrive. Shipments to Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania require insurance for free replacement eligibility. Orders typically ship within one business day, with European deliveries averaging 21 business days and international orders taking up to 31 business days. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived after 21 business days (Europe) or 31 business days (outside Europe).
