Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, as set out in Directive 2011/83/EU. The period starts the day after you receive the goods. To use the right, tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. The form below is the online version of the European model withdrawal form, or you can email us.

Cannabis seeds are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 10 of our terms and conditions, because for quality control we cannot take returned seeds back. If your seeds do not germinate or arrive damaged, our Germination & Delivery Guarantee covers you with free replacement seeds.
