Shipping

Every parcel ships with Track & Trace. Orders with shipping insurance qualify for a reshipment or refund if the parcel does not arrive. Shipments to Australia, New Zealand, and Tasmania require insurance for free replacement eligibility. Orders typically ship within one business day, with European deliveries averaging 21 business days and international orders taking up to 31 business days. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived after 21 business days (Europe) or 31 business days (outside Europe).

We accept credit cards, cash, bank transfer, and crypto.

Order cancellations typically occur when banks decline foreign transactions — we recommend contacting your card issuer to enable overseas purchases. Bank statements won't display our company name or any cannabis-related reference. International transfer fees may apply.
