Cannabis and marijuana have many forms of appearance. There are also many concentrates, such as Butane Hash Oil, or better known as BHO. This confusing term keeps on popping up, but what exactly is Marijuana Butane Hash Oil?
Some people think that the letters BHO refer to Barack Hussein Obama (after the style of JFK), while others use it as a shortened form of the word bitch-ho (meaning that you don't like a certain female person that much). But for cannabis enthusiasts around the world, BHO stands for Butane Hash Oil. And what that is all about, you will read in this article. So stay tuned.
People have been making extracts and concentrates from marijuana for a long time. But the method with which BHO is made makes you really super stoned
High Concentration
BHO gives you a fantastic feeling. It can best be described as the feeling you had when you were stoned for the very first time. The happiness that is released when using Butain Hash Oil is great.
You can use BHO by dabbing. Dabbing is a relatively new method to use marijuana. A high concentration of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is inhaled via this method.
BHO is a super concentrated form of marijuana that is made through a chemical process using butane oil. There are also other names for it, such as marijuana wax, budder, honeycomb and shatter and it can have a THC concentration of 80%. Compared to traditional cannabis: this contains around 14-15% THC on average.

Flower Tops
The use of BHO is not new. But the use of cannabis in a form other than smoking is fastly gaining popularity. Many marijuana users believe that dabbing is a safer way to take cannabis, as opposed to smoking a joint or using a bong. This is due to the fact that the marijuana is evaporated and that the high potency of the dabs reduces the number of times it has to be taken to produce a high.
BHO (butane hash oil) is produced by processing the flower tops with butane. The butane solvent causes THC to become soluble, resulting in a mixture of butane and THC.
When the butane evaporates, only a very powerful (slightly sticky)resin remains. This is also called wax and it contains a lot of THC
Making BHO at home is called 'blasting'. Butane is a dangerous substance. It is highly flammable and can cause fire and explosion. When making Butain Hash Oil at home, accidents often occur. So think twice before you are going to experiment in your own kitchen or garage.
Little is known about the risks of dabs compared to traditional cannabis. But BHO-newbies must be very careful because the concentration of THC is exceptionally high.
